Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine peaches and water in large saucepan; cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
    Cool.
    Combine peaches and remaining ingredients in container of electric blender.
    Process until smooth; chill. Serve over ice cream.
    Yields 3 cups.
