Old Fashion Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    lettuce leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Reserve 4 center egg slices for garnish.
    Chop remaining eggs.
    Stir chopped eggs and celery into mayonnaise mixture. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors.
    For each serving, spoon about 1/2 cup of egg salad into a lettuce-lined dish.
    Garnish with reserved egg slice and celery leaves.
