3-Cheese Zucchini Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. grated low-fat Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    3 large zucchini, sliced
    8 egg whites, beaten slightly
    olive oil cooking spray
    3 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. low-fat spaghetti sauce
    2 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor.
    Set aside 2/3 cup of mixture for topping.
    Dip zucchini in two egg whites; coat with mixture and place on baking sheets sprayed with olive oil.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
