Diabetic No Roll Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Sweet 'N Low brand white cake mix
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix cake mix and water together until batter is smooth, about 3 minutes.
    Lightly spray bottom and sides of 2 (9-inch) round pie pans with nonfat vegetable oil.
    Using a spatula, spread batter to coat bottom and sides of pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
