Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 pkg. small marshmallows
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cook, drain and mash potatoes.
Melt butter; add sugar and cinnamon.
Add slightly beaten eggs to milk.
Mix all ingredients well and bake in a greased casserole dish at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows and put back in oven until melted.
Serve.
