Ingredients

1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend together pumpkin, egg, salad oil and sugar.
Sift and add to pumpkin mixture the baking powder, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Dissolve soda in milk and add to mixture.
Stir in chips, nuts and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 370\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
