Company Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 slices bread
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 onion, chopped
    2 grated carrots
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk. Mix all the ingredients. Shape into balls and fry or bake until brown. Place in baking dish and cover with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 can water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
