Chicken In Sherry Sauce(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless and skinned chicken breasts, split
    4 scallions, chopped
    3/4 lb. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sherry or more
    1 can peach halves
    flour
    pepper
    garlic salt
    parsley flakes
    tarragon
Preparation
    Put flour, pepper, garlic salt, parsley flakes and tarragon on chicken breasts.
    Saute breasts for a few minutes in oil to brown only.
    Place in casserole dish with scallions, sherry and butter. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Baste twice during baking.
