Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. oleo
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes in 9-inch cake pans.
