Chicken Pizzola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) chickens
    28 oz. can Italian tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place cut up chicken, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Slightly drain tomatoes and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn and sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake another 1 hour.
