Squash Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small yellow squash
    3 small zucchini
    2 c. sour cream
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    6 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook squash in boiling water until just tender.
    Drain very well.
    Put in buttered casserole.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Stir in sour cream and cheese; cook just until cheese melts.
    (Do not boil.)
    Stir in oregano, salt and pepper.
    Pour over squash. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
