Sausage Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cut off crusts and cube
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Layer bread, sausage, cheese, eggs and soup in a large oblong casserole.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
