Dutch Oven Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small can whole chilies
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
pinch of pepper
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
-
Brown
beef and onion in Dutch oven; drain grease.
Add seasoning.\tPlace chilies over ground beef, then cheese.
Beat the remaining
ingredients;
pour
over
chilies,
meat
and cheese. Place most of the heat on lid.
Cook until the top is firm. Check in about 20 to 25 minutes.
