1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. canned applesauce
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. water
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
