Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. seasoned croutons (seasoned salad croutons or dressing croutons)
    5 c. grated Cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    5 c. milk
    2 c. canned mushroom soup
    1 large jar mushrooms (I cook fresh ones instead)
    2 onions, chopped and cooked
    2 lb. Italian hot sausage, cooked and added to onions (use hot sauce if you do not use hot sausage)
Preparation
    Grease casserole (use a pretty large one).
    Layer with croutons, cheeses, cooked sausage and onions.
    Mix eggs, mustard, milk, mushroom soup and mushrooms (I season with some curry; it really adds a good flavor).
    Pour over top and cover overnight. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until eggs are set.
    Serves quite a few people.
