Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. processed cheese spread, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 c. beer
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Place cheese spread cubes in a 2-quart casserole dish. Microwave at 50% power for 3 to 6 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
Beat in beer and garlic with wire whisk until smooth.
Microwave at High until heated, about 1 minute.
Garnish with pimento and parsley.
