Stir-Fried Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 bag mixed vegetables (frozen)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Season meat with salt and pepper.
    Roll in flour and drop in hot oil.
    Brown on both sides.
    Drain excess oil.
    Add onion, pepper, tomato paste and water.
    Bring to a boil and add vegetables.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
