Baked German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, diced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    8 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
    1 c. sliced radishes
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain and reserve 1/2 cup grease. Return grease to skillet; add celery and onions.
    Cook 1 minute. Blend in flour.
    Stir in water and vinegar.
    Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbly.
    Stir in sugar, salt and pepper.
    Put potatoes and bacon in a greased 3-quart casserole.
    Pour thickened sauce over potatoes and bacon.
    Stir, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir in radishes.
    Serve.
