Christmas Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut, drained
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 small can pimento, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
Preparation
    Soak above ingredients overnight in 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
