Macaroni-Kielbasa Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. macaroni (2 c. dry)
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. pkg. kielbasa sausage
    1 lb. can tomatoes with juice
    milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Grate cheese and reserve.
    Dice onion.
    Cut kielbasa into 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain well.
    Mix together the cooked macaroni, onion, tomatoes and kielbasa.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole and put in a layer of cheese, layer of macaroni and kielbasa mix; repeat, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
    Add milk to 1 inch below edge of dish. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
