Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 count) crescent rolls
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown green peppers and onion in butter.
Add cooked sausage. Grease a 9 x 15-inch dish.
Press crescent rolls in bottom without tearing apart.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on crust.
Mix eggs and milk together and set aside.
Pour sausage on crust, then egg mixture.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
