Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh yellow and zucchini squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 carrot, grated
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Slice squash.
    Steam with onion in pot until tender.
    Add other ingredients, except oleo and stuffing.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Layer 1/2 stuffing.
    Dot evenly with oleo on top. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
