Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. frozen coconut
1 pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation

Sift flour and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add Crisco, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cake cool in pan.
Top with pineapple, chopped nuts and Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with coconut. Let cake set before serving.
