Cottage Cheese Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast on warm water.
    Stir in 2 teaspoons of sugar. Set aside.
    Combine cottage cheese, onion, dill weed, baking powder, salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and eggs.
    Mix thoroughly. Add yeast mixture and mix well.
    Add flour to make a stiff dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Cover and let rise to double in size.
    Punch down.
    Knead a few times on lightly floured surface. Shape into loaves in 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
