Blueberry-Nut Freezer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. corn oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. blueberries, fresh or canned
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, milk, lemon juice and pineapple.
Mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients and beat until thoroughly blended.
Fold in blueberries and nuts.
Pour dough into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tests done.
Remove from pans at once and cool on rack.
