Cheesy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
12 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped carrots
4 c. chopped broccoli or 2 boxes frozen
4 chicken bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. skim milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

In large stockpot, put water, potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, broccoli, chicken bouillon, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Blend flour with milk; slowly add to vegetables, stirring until thickens.
Add cheese cubes and stir until melted.
Serves 6 to 8.
