Coconut Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cut fresh rhubarb
    7 oz. coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream oleo and brown sugar; add egg and beat well.
    Sift flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add vanilla to milk.
    Add wet and dry ingredients alternately to egg mixture, mixing well.
    Add rhubarb.
    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle 7 ounces coconut over top. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on top of coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
