World Famous Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 to 1 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Cut potatoes in large cubes.
Melt margarine in water; add soup mix.
Layer potatoes and liquid in a 2-quart casserole dish, ending with liquid.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Will keep in warm oven.
Very good the next day.
