Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    5 large eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. evaporated milk (add water to make 1 c.)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and margarine. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and milk alternately. Fold in flavoring. Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, for 1 hour and 45 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
