Ham Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) can ham, drained
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish or finely chopped pickle
    paprika
    1 jar sweet gherkin pickles
Preparation
    In the bowl of a processor or mixing bowl, combine all but paprika and sweet gherkin pickles.
    Chill for easy handling.
    Form into a ball on a serving plate.
    Dust with paprika and surround with whole baby pickles.
    Serve with celery, carrots, summer squash rounds and crackers.
