Party Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine and mix these thoroughly.
    Shape into 1-inch meat balls.
    Shake 4 to 5 balls at a time in Shake 'n Bake (chicken) coating mix.
    Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve on wooden toothpicks.
    Can be frozen before baking.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes when frozen or until lightly brown.
    Yields 3 dozen.
