Irish Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 lb. margarine (room temperature)
    2 lb. 10x sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. coconut
    dash of salt
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together in a large bowl all ingredients except the cinnamon.
    You may need to use your hands because this is a stiff mixture.
    Break off pieces the size of large marbles and shape like potatoes.
    Sprinkle a small pile of cinnamon on wax paper, and roll each potato in the cinnamon to coat it.
    Do not stack the candy or put it in a covered container until the outer surface is no longer soft and sticky.
    This takes a few hours.
