California Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except for the cornflakes and 1/2 stick of butter in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Top with the cornflakes and remaining 1/2 stick of butter on top of cornflakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
