Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 c. chili sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
Preparation
    Cut spareribs in serving pieces.
    Place them in skillet and brown on both sides; drain.
    Transfer ribs to deep pan and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on high until steaming.
    Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
