Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Shake bag until evenly coated. Bake on shallow pan for 40 minutes, until tender and golden brown. Stir potatoes occasionally.
