Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
1 (10 to 11 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. soda
1 c. shortening
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift together the flour, soda and salt.
Cream the shortening and sugar. Add eggs.
Blend in buttermilk. Add bran and mix well. This may be kept in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
