Cocoa Garden Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. zucchini, grated
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites (unbeaten)
    3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 c. grated, peeled carrots
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Set grated zucchini between paper towels and press to remove excess moisture.
