Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Use 6-inch skillet, lightly greased, medium heat. Spoon in 3 tablespoons batter.
    When batter bubbles, flip and cook on other side a few seconds.
    Roll favorite filling into middle: ham, broccoli and cheese and fresh fruit, etc. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
