Crumb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c sugar
3 T butter
1 1/2 c milk
3 c flour
3 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
1/2 c sugar
2 t cinnamon
3 T flour
2 T butter

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light.
Stir in milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla and combine well.
Pour into 10 x 13 baking dish.
For topping, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon, cut in butter until crumbly.
Scatter topping evenly over cake and bake at 325 F for 30-40 minutes, testing for doneness.
