Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, boiled and deboned
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced celery
1 small onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 c. corn oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. flavor enhancer (Accent)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, adding chicken last and stirring gently.
Turn into a large Pyrex baking dish.
Mix 1 package (1 roll) Ritz crackers (crushed) and 1/4 cup margarine (melted).
Sprinkle on casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
