Creole Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced celery
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes
few drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. sliced, stuffed olives
1 small can mushrooms
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. or more cooked shrimp
Preparation

Saute celery, onion, garlic and green pepper.
Add remaining ingredients (except shrimp) and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add cooked shrimp and serve over rice.
