Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomatoes
3/4 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
salt, pepper, oregano and basil to taste
6 bell peppers
Preparation

Saute in heavy skillet, butter, onions and garlic.
When tender, add ground chuck and Worcestershire.
Cook until meat is brown.
Remove from heat and add tomatoes, rice, cheese and spices. Return to heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
While this is cooking, steam 6 bell peppers.
Salt and pepper cooked peppers, fill with meat mixture and top with butter.
Bake 15 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
