Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cabbage, shredded
    2 lb. ground meat (turkey, chicken or beef)
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 medium onions
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put everything in a large buttered casserole and mix.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Take cover off and stir a few times. Cook until done.
