Miss Sissy Crooms Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can onion rings (2.8 oz.)
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Make a white sauce of the milk, flour, butter, salt and black pepper.
    Boil cabbage in salt water until tender.
    Place cabbage in\tcasserole
    dish.
    Cover
    with
    white sauce and add onion rings and cheese.
    Bake until bubbly.
