Maritata Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rich broth (mixture of chicken and beef)
    2 oz. vermicelli noodles
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Add noodles (broken) and cook 5 to 8 minutes.
    In bowl, blend butter, Parmesan cheese and egg yolks with heavy cream.
    Spoon a small amount of hot broth into cream mixture, stirring constantly.
    Add to broth and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
