Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
onion
salt and pepper
20 count tortillas (flour)
2 rounds Cheddar cheese or Longhorn cheese
2 cans chili
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. oil (for about each 6 tortillas)
Preparation

Brown the meat and onion. Salt and pepper.
Heat the oil and heat tortillas.
Put meat and cheese in tortilla and roll up. Place in pan.
Pour chili over top and cover with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and warmed through.
