Whole Wheat Muffins(From The Tassajara Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. dried or fresh fruit (optional)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and sift.
    Combine wet ingredients. Fold quickly together, just until flour is moistened.
    Add raisins, dates, etc., if desired.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 12 muffins.
