Frogmore Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pearl onions, optional
    3 lb. shrimp, heads off, unpeeled
    1 lb. Kielbasa sausage (cut into 1-inch pieces)
    4 ears corn (or 8 mini ears)
    2 lb. new potatoes, halved
    Old Bay Seasoning or favorite shrimp boil seasoning
Preparation
    In a 5-quart stockpot, bring water and potatoes to a boil.
    Add corn and lower heat.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add sausage and seasonings and cook another 20 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook on medium heat 3 minutes or until all shrimp are pink.
    Spread newspapers.
    Drain off water and dump on papers.
