One-Dish Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup onions (chopped)
    3 Tbsp. green bell peppers (chopped)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 cup rice
    2 cups stewed tomatoes (chopped)
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
    4 pork chops (can use 3/4 lb. hot sausage instead).
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet that can go into the oven.
    Add onions, green peppers and rice.
    Saute until rice is translucent.
    Add sugar and tomatoes; blend.
