Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. coconut
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray 9 x 12-inch pan with nonstick spray.
Put coconut and pecans on bottom of pan.
Make cake according to directions. Pour over coconut and pecans.
In separate bowl, mix margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Drop by spoonfuls over cake. This sinks into cake.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
